Each figure is the median asking rent for office listings in that market, with the typical range covering the middle half of listings — so one unusually cheap or expensive building doesn't skew the number. Rents are in ₹ per sq ft of chargeable area per month, before maintenance and GST. Markets with fewer than five priced listings are left out until there are enough to quote.
